What is CityPro?
CityPro is a mobile application where no matter the location you intend to surf, you will have access to qualified surf videographer professionals for that area. This simplifies the process of connecting with surf videographers who are native to a location, reviewing their work, and hiring through the mobile app. For the great surfing memories created, you will now be able to relive those moments in the future with CityPro.

Capturing the Moments that Matter
Just as you can easily access the camera on your smartphone to capture
the birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, vacations, family gatherings, etc,
we realized that the level of accessibility for surfers to be captured on film
was unequal. Our goal is to give surfers of all skill levels the opportunity to
be captured doing what they love most while opening the door for surf
videographers to be their own boss and get paid by doing something they
genuinely enjoy. We believe for the moments that matter, they should be
captured with CityPro.

Yes, the app is available on the App Store and Google Play.
The age limit it set to 18 years and older.
- As a user, CityPro will require your profile picture, first name, last
name, email, phone number, date of birth, skill level, city of
residence, bio, and your payment details. - As a videographer, CityPro will require your profile picture, first
name, last name, email, phone number, date of birth, city of
residence, introductory video, bio, experience, specialty, service
location, a visual portfolio of your past work, pricing plans,
customized work schedule, answered FAQs, and your payment
details.
Prior to scheduling a booking, you can view the videographer’s profile which includes their introductory video, bio, specialty, experience, service location, portfolio, answered FAQs, and ratings & reviews.
Utilize the Search by Filters feature on the “Home” tab. You will input your Need, Sport, the Number of People, City, and your ideal Per Hour Rate. From there, a list of surf videographers will appear
based on your search criteria.
The maximum number of surfers that can be filmed at one time is 4.
On the “Home” tab you will input your Need, Sport, the Number of People, City, and your ideal Per Hour Rate. Press “Search” and this will show a list of surf videographers that match your search criteria. From the Search Result, you will tap the surf videographer you like best and this will show the surf videographer’s profile. To schedule a videography session you will press “Booking,” select the date, scroll down, input a time, and select the number of hours. The Need, Sport, Number of People, & Location will be re-stated from your initial search criteria and from there, you will input your exact meeting location (ex. Huntington Beach Pier, T-Street, etc) and you can insert additional details in the description field. You will press “submit” and you will be asked if you would like a personalized edit for an additional charge. Select Yes or No and a Confirmation screen will appear. Press “Continue” if everything looks good. Now, you will insert your payment details to confirm the booking as payment will only be processed if the surf videographer accepts the booking request. Once the booking request is accepted, the booking will appear on the “My Bookings” tab under Accepted. To communicate with the surf videographer, tap the booking and the booking detail will appear where you have the option to message the videographer.
All payments will be made through the CityPro app.
As a user you can expect to pay on a per hour basis with your videographer, payment processing fees, and you have the option to pay for a personalized edit.
All communication takes place on our in-app chat located on the “Chat” tab.
Once your videography session is complete, delivery of video files will be sent by the videographer through our in-app chat located on
the “Chat” tab.
Yes, once a booking is complete, both surfer and videographer have the opportunity to give a rating/review.
Your payment is fully refundable with at least 24 hours notice. However, any booking canceled within 24 hours notice will be
partially refundable.
